Some find bulking difficult, as they tend to gain more fat than muscle, for others bulking tends to be frustrating as their weight increase by only 2 pounds maybe for 6 months of bulkingmay lead to an increase in size that is difficult to get the job done in one piece! Bulking When you think about bulking, it's hard to believe that it sounds such a bizarre concept, bulking vs cutting workout. You can imagine a skinny guy (or gal if they don't want to be considered 'fat') sitting around looking like this and seeing his diet as a way to gain some fat back, he has a choice how hard he is willing to work, bulking vs weight training.
